Royal Drawing School is the standard bearer for the art of drawing from observation and, alongside its vibrant physical programme, is the only art school offering full-day immersive tutoring online. The School commissioned us to develop a strategy for evolution moving forward, to enable their continued process of digital transformation following the pivot to digital during the pandemic.
Having developed a clear set of recommendations, working closely with our partner Unthinkable, we defined a series of pilot projects to test new methods of engagement with learning online. In parallel with this, we carried out a technical review of backend systems and processes and an options appraisal for replacing an ineffective CRM with a more fully functioning SIS solution.
We have continued to support with exploring the development roadmap for phased implementation of these systems in parallel with redesign of the website.
Our work with the Royal Drawing School is typical of the breadth of what we offer, with strategic digital development dovetailing with broader thinking around business and brand.
